Agreement
These terms govern your use of Avalanche, published under the Paravan Tech brand. By downloading or using Avalanche, you agree to these terms and to the applicable app-store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Limited license
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Avalanche for private, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the app-store rules that apply to you.
Avalanche, its software, artwork, audio, branding, and other content remain owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Gameplay and virtual items
Avalanche can store progress, coins, settings, and cosmetic choices locally on your device. Coins, boosters, revives, cosmetics, distances, and other game elements are virtual gameplay items only. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money or property.
Avalanche currently does not offer real-money purchases or player accounts. Removing the app or its data may remove locally stored progress. You are responsible for device backups and settings that are controlled by Apple.
Advertising and rewarded revive
Avalanche may show interstitial advertisements between runs. It may also offer an optional rewarded advertisement for a revive. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider reports that the reward was earned.
Ad availability, content, duration, personalization, measurement, and successful reward reporting are not guaranteed. Closing an ad early, a failed presentation, unavailable inventory, privacy choices, connectivity problems, or provider errors may result in no ad or no reward. Ordinary gameplay remains available when advertising or tracking permission is unavailable.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the game or advertising services;
- manipulate ad callbacks, falsely claim rewards, automate fraudulent views, or bypass reward conditions;
- use the game in a way that violates law or another person’s rights; or
- remove ownership notices or misuse Avalanche or Paravan Tech branding.
Updates and availability
Avalanche may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features can depend on your device, operating system, network, region, privacy choices, and third-party services. No particular feature, advertisement, reward, or level of availability is promised.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avalanche is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher operating under the Paravan Tech brand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of local progress, data, profits, or use arising from the game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Apple App Store terms
If you obtain Avalanche through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s applicable terms also govern your use. Unless the App Store listing states that a custom end-user license agreement applies, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the game or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when revised terms are posted. Continuing to use Avalanche after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
